Bug or normal: XML user database property jspwiki.xmlUserDatabaseFile not found

Whenever I transfer our userdatabase and groupdatabase from one upgrade to
another by simply copying files, a not found error is logged which is
consequently switched to an info that they are initialized anyway. I would
expect this to happen on the first log but not everytime I start my webapp.
Is there anyway to get a clean log again? I tried deleting the group and
creating it again but the same message is dumped..Is this normal?
