Auto-builds for JSwat

JSwat is now being built automatically whenever source changes are made 
in the repository, in addition to being built on a nightly basis. This 
is done using the Hudson tool (http://hudson.dev.java.net/), and you can 
see the installation at bluemarsh.com at the URL below.

If you wish to receive email notifications when the build breaks (for 
instance, if you are committing changes to the repository), please join 
the jswat-builds list.
