Context Popup Menu Confusion While Running A Debugee Session

While running a debugee session the context popup menu seems to get
confused.  After hitting a breakpoint, the context popup menu sometimes
thinks that I am right-clicking on the line that contains the breakpoint.  I
get a "Remove breakpoint" and "Breakpoint properties..." as possible choices
when there is no breakpoint on the line that I am clicking.  Noticeably
absent is the "Run to line" option that I am trying to use!  Single-stepping
through the code for a while seems to get it unconfused.

Ideas?  I am running WindowsXP, JDK 1.4.1_02, and JSwat 2.15 (this time I
did not forget).
