Nathan, I hangs, does not come back. Even CTRL-C does not stop it any more... My machine is relatively fast (almost 2GHz - Windows 2000) with 512MB memory, so that should not be the problem either. I ran the same install (JDK 1.3.1, then JDK1.4.2 on top of it) on another machine and also switched the registry etc. back to run JDK 1.3.1 as default, calling JDK1.4.2 directly for JSwat. On that machine JSwat comes up with no problems. I uninstalled and reinstalled on my machine, still no success. No idea what is going wrong... I'll try to uninstall ALL JDK versions and reinstall them, maybe it will work then... If anybody comes up with another idea in the meantime, let me know.
