2.20 released

Nothing truly significant here, just some minor improvements. I'm trying
to make a release each month, and this month not a whole lot happened.

- Implemented RFE 816: added scripts to launch JSwat under Unix-like
  systems and Microsoft Windows.
- Fixed bug 819: source view popup menu's Methods submenu now shortens
  names of classes to keep the overall width smaller.
- Fixed bug 820: session open and copy dialogs now copy the selected
  list item name to the text field; the name in the field is used
  over anything selected in the list.
- Fixed bug 824: use generic breakpoint support for setting breakpoints
  in source code that caused a parser error.
- Fixed bug 825: display parser errors in source view using a red line
  highlighter and a tooltip to show the cause of the error.
