A few fixes for little problems.

- Fixed bug 826: handle missing source file gracefully in console mode.
- Fixed bug 828: disallow any attempt at setting breakpoints outside
  of the class definition.
- Fixed bug 829: removed extra brackets from array arguments in class
  panel method nodes.
- Fixed bug 835: Dirk Moebius fixed the class panel popup hotswap menu
  item to avoid an exception when the class file was not found.
- Made the necessary changes so source will compile under JDK 1.5.
- Moved tutorial to built-in help.

Expect the next major release of JSwat to require JDK 1.5.
