JSwat Help About Bug (Very Minor)

The JSwat Help...About dialog shows <JSwat x,y> instead of the actual
version number.  While I don't think that this is a major thing at all, I
figured someone might want to know for the next release (it looks like
something automated might not have worked as expected).
