Start trouble: ZipException

Hi everyone,

 

Can someone help me.  I just downloaded jswat and unzipped it, but cannot get it to start.  In my Windows 2000 command window I get the message:

 

C:\Program Files\jswat-2.24>java -Djava.ext.dirs=C:\j2sdk1.4.2\lib -jar C:\Program Files\jswat-2.24\jswat.jar            

Exception in thread "main" java.util.zip.ZipException: The system cannot find the file specified

     at java.util.zip.ZipFile.open(Native Method)
