that Fly and cvs

a couple of RFEs, i guess.

- it would be neat to have that Fly as the desktop icon. jswat seems to not
  any at all

- it would be easier if jswat respected the Hidden attribute on the cvs 
folder,
  as this makes navigation a bit easier.
