Errors when launching JSwat

Hi,

I've just downloaded and installed Jswat - when I launch it with
jswat.exe I encounter several errors.

The first one is:

There are a series of error messages after this.

It seems like something might be wrong with the config or something.

Any idea why this doesn't work?
