You're right, I should have looked more closely at the stack traces. It 
seems that the problem is the serialized object data files are corrupt. 
The easiest way to fix that is to delete the C:\Documents and 
Settings\yourusernamehere\.jswat directory. Or you can delete just the 
.xml files in that directory. I presume this corruption occurred due to 
a failed shutdown, but I haven't seen this reproduce under normal 
circumstances.
