window forward on breakpoint

i only get jswat coming front and center on breakpoint on the
first hit of a breakpoint after starting up.  i can't find anywhere
in the help doc about a setting that can change this.  am i
missing it??  or is this the way it works?

If you're stuck programming in java something like eclipse is necessary,
but in ruby you can nearly program with cat.
