Code-view (editor) window not updating while stepping

Hello,  I am hoping this issue has been encounterred before, so I won't 
go into a huge amount of detail.  My problem is:

1. JSwat stops on my breakpoint

2. I Step-over

3. All windows (Variables, Threads, Call Stack, Status-bar, ...) update 
(as in, it *is* stepping to the next line.)

4. The Code-view (editor) window does not update.  If I step in or out 
to another file, that file is not loaded in the editor.

5. (Possibly related) JSwat--Tools--Keyboard Shortcuts doesn't open any 
window...


Can anyone point me in the right direction?
