Where do I set the arguments and how do I tell it to start?

I'm using JSwat 3.11.  I've defined my sources and jar files, added an 
IBM JDK 1.4.2, but I can't seem to get it to ask me about program 
arguments, JVM arguments or such like that.  I used to use version 2.x, 
but I haven't had any luck getting this newer NetBeans version to work 
for me.

I'm sure it's some sort of user error, but I can't yet figure out what 
it wants from me.  Pressing "Session->Start" doesn't seem to do 
anything.  What totally obvious thing am I missing?
