Hi Robert, thanks for writing to let me know of the issues. As for the 
slow startup, I cannot reproduce it using my wife's Windows XP box. I 
installed JDK 1.6.0_01, but I doubt that would make the difference. I 
have never seen JSwat ever take more than 15 seconds to start, 
regardless of the version or operating system. I'm afraid I can't help 
much with that problem, I can only guess it must be some quirk of your 
particular setup. Does it happen every time you start JSwat? Are you 
connected to a network at the time?

As for the attaching issue, I too see this, so I entered a bug report 
and checked in a fix just now. I'll make a release this weekend.
