Yes, I can see how you would think this way, considering the hassle you
went through to finally get the program running. However, had you taken
the time to actually read the README file, you would have saved not only
your time, but mine as well.

Please go back and read it now. Start at the top where it says
"Requirements" and read each and every word until you get to "Ways to
Stop JSwat". Then again, reading the entire two pages probably would not
hurt.
