Completed All JUnit Test Classes - Custom Runner

When executing JUnit tests from within Eclipse (right-click)... and using a custom runner as follows:

public class SjtcWeldJunit4Runner extends BlockJUnit4ClassRunner {

We need to know when all test classes have completed executing to perform limited global clean-up.

Does the runner-related API support determining when all classes are finished executing?
