Maven project file for JUnit as OSGi bundle

We have been working hard to provide the OSGi headers in JUnit.
You can find the pull request with integration tests in GitHub:
https://github.com/junit-team/junit/pull/472
and other #701 without integration tests.
I want to get more people who is willing to vote for OSGi in JUnit +1.
