JDBCException "next" Exception would be nice to output to screen

Feature request with regard to uncaught exceptions:

Today with certain junit failures, you might get this output to the screen:

This is OK, but it would be nice to (in the case of SQLException)
iterate over the "next" exceptions as well, so we could see the cause
more easily:
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/java/sql/SQLException.html#getNextException()
(So basically iterate over both causes and "next" exceptions, in this
particular case).
