It is scheduled to be offline all day. Release notes for the new version are available at http://www.collab.net/rn/3_0_1.html, with minor patch notes at http://www.collab.net/rn/3_0_2_3.html. All Community Members are invited to help with testing the stage site for the upgraded system. You should be able to log in using your regular jxta.org account.
