[JXTA discuss] Google Summer of Code

I have read about JXTA project in Google Summer of Code website. After
reading more in deep about it I would like to do a request for the
Summer of Code program. There are too much apps in early state that I
don't know if creating a new one is the best way to help. Perhaps there
are more other more neccesary where I could do much. I have experience
developing email clients and some other programs for private companies
and I'm sure I will do well getting any new capabibilities that could be
neccesary. My questions are: Can anybody suggest me something? Who is
the responsable for mentor requests?
