[JXTA discuss] remote publishing

What happens exaclty when someone publishes an advertisement? I saw from the 
source code that a ResolverResponse is created and propagated. So the 
Rendezvous Peers are issuing constant queries for new advertisements that 
edge peers post through sendResponse?
