[JXTA discuss] how to stop malicious peers?

Hello,

Suppose a malicious peer enters a peergroup and starts sending a lot of 
"remotePublish" or "query" SRDI messages. Are the rendezvous able to ignore 
these messages? How can they do that?

I need this info because I want to implement a sort of "blacklist" of 
malicious peers. 

Moreover, I want to define some "roles", e.g. "searcher" = the peer is not 
able to publish, but it can search for...
I know that the allowed actions of a peer can be set locally, through the 
AccessService. But I think this is not enough to guarantee that a peer 
performs only the actions for which it is authorized (a peer can be 
hackered...). There is a need for monitoring and blacklisting performed by 
the other peers of the peergroup (maybe by peers with "admin" role).
