In particular preference is given for dishes which are named in local dialect. Thus far the choice of release names has had no particular significance to the details of the release. "Arroz Congris" was suggested by Juan Carlos Soto and is Cuban dialect Spanish for the Cuban variant of mixed rice and black beans. http://home.swipnet.se/cuba/congri.htm http://www.recetas.net/receta.asp?ID=2025AA (Maybe Juan can contribute his families' recipe) Careful readers should note that there are yet currently no named releases following the September 2005 release (which was a suggestion from the illustrious Danese Cooper). Feel free to contribute suggestions especially those which meet the delicious criteria. (Exotic food named in local dialect). The other JXTA core projects JXTA-C and JXME have their own naming schemes (exotic vacation locations and science fiction place names respectively) and may be interested in release name nominations as well.
