Mike, That's really intersting to know!! You may like to try out among many Indian dishes the following popular ones: North Indian Dishes: Aloo Paratha, A very tasty whole wheat bread filled with spiced potatoes. Mutter Paneer, Moist pieces of sauteed homemade cheese ina luscious sauce with sweet green peas. South Indian Dishes: Bisi Bele Baath, This is a very traditional & spicy rice variety of Karnataka State especially popular in local fast-food outlets in Bangalore. Masala Dosa, looks like a pancake and is made from rice and other ingredients. Enjoy!!
