[JXTA discuss] Project Proposal: Symbian C++ binding for JXTA core

The purpose of the project is to provide a JXTA core implementation
for Symbian OS.
At least following should be done:
   - Build TCP and HTTP (standard) transports
   - Build the core services (Endpoint, Endpoint Router, Peer Resolver)
   - Build higher level protocols (Peer Discovery, Rendezvous, Peer
Information & Pipe Binding)
