Yes. Some one told me the localization of myjxt2 is handled by Opertatings system. I got it.
 
Also I found some translations are missing. I will translate them into Chinese and transfer to unicode and modify the strings_zh.properties file and submit to you.
 
I applied a contributor role in the project. Maybe I can submit it directly?
