The license for JXTA under Apache 1.0 does not require that the port be licensed 
under the same license, but it does have a list of conditions and requirements 
for what you have to do and include in any derivative works -- these are listed 
in the JXTA license. If you use any of the code, you must not delete any of the 
copyright or proprietary rights notices.
