[JXTA discuss] Help...configuration

I have A new problem!!
I use jxta 2.3 ,jdk 1.4.2 under mac os x 1.3.9(Panther).

When I launch a simple application starts the configuration manager.

When I try to download the list of rendezvous peer/relay the configuration
manager seems to be blocked.

What is the correc procedure configuration.
I read Jxta prog guide but I have not resolved the problem.

Help me!!
