How to use net.jxta.meter

Hi, I'm trying to understand the implementation of the package net.jxta.meter
that seems to allow yo to monitor several statitics from local and remote
peers.

My problem is that i cannot find any suitable sample code that uses the classes
from this package. And I'm trying to use the API by myself but i'm not able to
allow the monitoring on my node, and all the statistics i got are 0,0,0...

Any idea or sample code?
