Excellent!

You can specify the "home" in the backing Configurator constructor, as 
ext:config
does not require the System property "JXTA_HOME"

That said, the JXTA Platform does at this time.

I do like the idea of starting up JXTA from w/in ext:config ... more on 
that in a bit.
