Stack Overflow in JXTAService example

Still have an unresolved issue with this example that I could sure use 
help resolving.

Get a Stack Overflow in the server object when I reach adding the 
PipeAdvertisement into the ModuleSpecAdvertisement:

            // Store the pipe advertisement in the spec adv.
            // This information will be retrieved by the client when it will
            // connect to the service
            mdadv.setPipeAdvertisement(pipeadv);

I am running release 2.3.4
