I would also add that the following 2 jars can be omitted for runtime

javax.servlet.jar
org.mortbay.jetty.jar

If the peer is configured with no incoming http transport (in other 
words, no http server configured). Leaving you with :

jxta.jar
bcprov-jdk14.jar   -  (cert generation, and manipulation)
log4.jar  -  (logging, and can be replaced with a runtime stub)
