2.0 early access release 1

Early Access Announcement:
This is still the closest thing we have ever had to a production 
release, but it is called Early Access for truth in advertising.
We don't expect a hard core 2.0 release until Sept. 1, your use of the 
ea versions will help.

My employer has offered to pick up the tab - this week only - for any 
email support on the default Keel release.

This is limited to my own knowledge of Keel so far, which may or may not 
be sufficient, but at least I can attempt to get you out of the starting 
gate if that would help.

Even if you don't need support, let me know of any problems you have so 
we can correct it for the next guy.
I will be putting out new releases as needed this week, if problems are 
found and correctable.
We have made it pretty tough for newbies so far, and that chapter needs 
to be closed.
