persist.record: attribut names

Hello,

For persist.record, both wiki and manuel state "the attributs of this 
tag are field names".

If I use a field name that is different from the classe attribut name, I 
get an error (when null-allowed = false) or null field.

But when I uses classe attribut names it's ok, even if it is different 
from the associated field name.

Is it the right way?
