Duplicate JMX.html Jmx.html in keel-build

I'm checking out the latest keel-build from cvs using Eclipse to try out 
the maven build system. The checkout fails due to there being duplicate 
JMX.html and Jmx.html files in the xdoclet doc directory. It complains 
that there is already an existing filename with uppercase. Perhaps this 
is Windows specific?
