Yes, that's exactly correct, it must be commented out to build a "war".

As far as the stack below, I'd try updating
keel-build/example-projects/default from CVS, as it's probably a matter
of referencing the correct version of the various jars. It sounds like
currently it's going to an old one, as the latest one definitely doesn't
reference URLClassLoader at all.
