Re: 1.2.9 keel:maven

Pat,

I can think of two things.

1) Either you are seeing a temporary network failure, maybe trying later 
might work
2) build.properties (defining maven.repo.remote) is not in the right 
place.  Try putting it in C:\Documents and Settings\nbd68ew.
