Can't get a working paroject.xml

I'm using version 12 of the plugin and am trying to get a working 
version of a project.xml.

If I use the "maven keel:install" default example project setup, the web 
app fails with startup errors.

If I use the current cvs version of the keel-build directory then I get 
the following build error:

I also tried Shash's project.xml that was posted to the list with the 
same error. I've also tried deleting the whole repository.

Any ideas?
