How do I get source for V3.01 of clnt-struts

Hi,

I'd like to add a keel: custom tag to clnt-struts. I am currently 
working with v3.01. The latest version in CVS is 3.1.1 which has all 
sorts of later dependencies that have not been installed into the 
repository.

I checked the versions of clnt-struts in CVS and there does not seem to 
be a labeled version for 3.01. Is it possible that when a release of a 
module is made to the repository that a corresponding version be labeled 
in CVS?
