The new version of clnt-struts has the stuff in it for Tiles, JSTL, 
tiles-defs.xml etc. that users have asked for recently.

However, you are right we do not have tags for all the interim releases 
to get Maven supported, the changes were too frequent for that.  We are 
getting pretty close to a version that *appears like* it will need far 
fewer changes from now on. I'd say the next release after that is 
probably we can start to meaningfully tag versions.

In the meantime, you do not need to put your taglib code in clnt-struts, 
just put it either in a new clnt-<whatever> module.  If you planning to 
contribute the btag back to Keel, of course, use the same package name, 
and we can put it back in clnt-struts as soon as CVS is stable.
