Following Documentation gets following error

Hi, getting started to take advantage of all the hard work being done to 
  mavenize Keel.  Got maven-1.0.2 installed, and maven -v gives me the 
expected output.

created build.properties in ~/gmccullough with contents as follows:
maven.repo.local=/home/gmccullough/.maven/repository
maven.repo.remote=http://ibiblio.org/maven,http://keelframework.org/maven

executed the following:
maven -DartifactId=maven-keel-plugin -DgroupId=keel -Dversion=1.2.13 
plugin:download

with the following output:

Plugin cache will be regenerated

changed the permissions on the maven-1.0.2/plugins dir, reran, got 
success message, and verified that the plugin was there.

On running maven keel:install, i get the following:

Any suggestions?  Tried to sift through the list, but no luck, sorry if 
this is duplicated.
