Re: initial maven build, missing dependencies

In CVS, svc-httpunit/src/java has nothing but a README, but src/test has 
a couple classes.  You need to just checkout svc-httpunit as you any 
other module.

BTW, once Mike or I or somebody deploys the latest JARs to 
keelframework.org, none of this checkout/build will be necessary.  We 
are waiting for a suitable point where the churn due to the new build 
system will become very little, so we are not deploying updates on a 
daily basis.
