I just added in {home}/build.properties:
maven.repo.local=c:/dev/.maven/repository
and the default example build is "SUCCESFULL"! Even if i have a lot of
"Unable to locate" for all the "external" poms.
So it seems that maven under windows dosn't like implicit redefinition
of maven.repo.local...
I will check now if default example runs under Tomcat.
