Go ahead and check-in if you have tested it, if you build the default target you can test the svc-auth*-persist pretty easily (create the DB, and login as root/root). Until we deploy and announce the release, no need to update the version numbers. After that, until the next deploy, the version number should change once. So, in this case, no project.xml(s) need to change. There is a xdoc/changes.xml that nees to be updated for each module.
