proposal - app-ledger

Hi all.  I know we're all busy, with keel build changes and keeping up 
with paying jobs also.  I've had on my mind that some kind of accounting 
app would really benefit the keel community.  I've done some online 
billing/payment work in the past, but am by no means an accountant, or 
particularly familiar with GAAP or other generally accepted accounting 
practices.

I'm going to take a stab at a basic bills/payments module.  I'll 
research ledger style postings and batches, and hopefully I'll come up 
with something useable.  Anyone already have something in the works? 
Better suggestions?
