Gene,

Took a quick look at the URL you supplied.  Looks like we need to look 
at the UberJar task (tool-maven-plugin) and/or plugin.jelly, to make 
sure we are also including the META-INF/ dir and contents when we expand 
the JARs and assemble them back into the uber jar.  Mike's moving and I 
am tied up this weekend, I can look next week.  If you see something, I 
will check email tomorrow, though.
