Ibiblio repository is fine, some of the Fortress JARs were mistakenly
built as version 1.2 and put in the Keel repository.  We have since
changed project.xml's in CVS to use a dated version of the Fortress
JARs.  Some of these JARs were pointing to some incompatible versions of
the various Excalibur components.  We will soon delete the non-Keel JARs
(except those that you cannot get in a Maven repo anywhere else) fro
keelframework.org.
