install problem (creating a new project)

Hi! I've tried to install Keel and have a problem while building Keel.
I don't know where should I ask for help, then sorry if this list
isn't for such purpose.

Pre-requisite
----------------------------------------------------

I've already installed Java 1.4.2_07 and Ant 1.5.2.

JAVA_HOME is set in   C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07,
ANT_HOME is set in C:\Program Files\Java\apache-ant-1.5.2
ANT_HOME/bin is in my PATH.

Keel is extracted in C:\Program Files\Java\keel-2.0-src
KEEL_HOME is set in C:\Program Files\Java\keel-2.0-src

Problem
----------------------------------------------------

When I try to start Ant in the %KEEL_HOME%\keel-build the following
result is produced:

Buildfile: build.xml

Usage:
   [echo]
      blah-blah-blah
   [echo]

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 2 seconds
[/code]

According to the documentation I wait to be prompted typing the name
of the project directory where I want to create it.

Additional Attempts

When I try to execute "ant completeinstall / ant download-keeltools"
I'm asked to type Deployment  name. After this I get an error  «no
file firstapp-deploy.properties or firstapp-deploy.xml exists».

I will be pleased to overcome the first step install problem.
