[ANN] app-register 2.1.1

The keel team is pleased to announce the Login/Registration Application
2.1.1 
release! 

This module contains the Register application, one of the Keel sample 
applications. It includes basic user registration, log in and password 
management models. 

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o Cleanup Eclipse warnings 
o Add keel-style attribute 
o Rearrange include/common files 
o Make more changes for app-personality, convert to JSTL 
o Changed int getUID() calls to String getUserID() 
o Make changes for app-personality 
o Fix httpunit dependency 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
